Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations for 1:1 mentor coaching sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any penalties. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled session, the session will be deducted from your mentor coaching package. To complete the required mentor coaching hours, you will need to purchase an additional session at the current rate unless otherwise agreed upon with your mentor coach.
